Feinstein’s/54 Below presents a concert staging of Anything But Love June 26 at 9:30 PM; the new musical features lyrics by Arielle O’Keefe and a book by Arianna Taxman and Hunchback star Ciara Renée.
The presentation stars Nick Chris (Hamilton), Ariana DeBose (Hamilton), Hannah Elless (Bright Star), Maddy Jarmon, Janet Krupin (If/Then, Bring It On), Alison Luff (Les Miserables, Matilda), Chris McCarell (Les Miserables, Peter Pan Live!) and Shannon O’Boyle (Once). Natalie Tenenbaum is featured on piano.
According to the supper club’s website, the new musical follows the stories of three women trying to navigate the world of love and dating. The score features tribal chants, folk-rock story-telling and a pop sound.
