Seeking a Drag Performer to join us for our upcoming 1920's Murder Mystery Valentine's Day Drag Brunch!

Our Show: "Death at the Hooch-OFF"

It's 1927, and so many illegal things are happening in the town of Bathtub, NJ's little library. This library speakeasy's not only hosting an incredibly illicit Hooch-making competition, but Bathtub's first drag ball!

Everyone drinks alcohol, so you can be sure all of Bathtub's quirky characters will be there. From dueling mafia families to hillbilly crime folk to vaudevillians to Freudians to its local ministry- Even Gatsby's girlfriend will be entering her own sample! Each contestant will compete for the reigning title of Hoochie Mama (and exclusive production and distribution at the town speakeasy of course!) We mean, LIBRARY.

**Performers of color highly encouraged to apply**

When?: Saturday 2/14 from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm

Where?: QED 27-16 23rd Avenue, Queens, NY 11105

Rehearsal Required?: No memorization of lines required, but at least an hour of attendance to our company's rehearsal (tentatively the morning/early afternoon of February 9th), if not, an hour Zoom with the writers would be required.

Show Pay: $150, plus FULL access to our Brunch buffet, as well a library card that comes with 4 drinks.

Rehearsal/Zoom pay: $20/ hour

Costuming?: Whatever you want! As long as its pays tribute to 1920's style!

*We additionally have 1920s accessories and dress available upon request so by all means let us know if you need anything of ours!*
