Now casting for the 2026 season of Bound For Broadway, a monthly singers showcase at The Triad Theater. Seeking a wide range of diverse, unique, and exciting musical theater talent in New York. We aim to present the best and brightest in upcoming talent - folks who are indeed…bound for the Broadway stage. Each showcase is a different theme and performers are required to sing a selection which fits that theme.

Bound For Broadway proudly offers:

• The chance to perform one show stopping number of your choice in one of New York City's premier singer showcases (now in our 16th year!) at the iconic Off-Broadway Triad Theater.

• Professional photos of your performance for your website and marketing materials

• HD six-angle video recordings of your performance for your video reels and marketing materials

• A pre-performance masterclass with the B4B team, Broadway special guest performers, as well as additional industry professionals for you to workshop your song choice in a safe and supportive environment.

• Connection to Bright Artist Management talent agency (Ten performers have been signed through our direct connection!)

• The opportunity to make TIP$ through virtual livestream ticket buyers on Stellar.

Requirements to participate in Bound For Broadway:

• Every performer is required to bring a minimum number of both in-person attendees and live-steam attendees.

• BONUS INCENTIVE: The performer who brings the most overall attendees receives an invitation to return to perform in our Holiday All-Stars Extravaganza show in December as well as other monetary bonuses!

• Once you are confirmed, you are committed to performing in the show. Exceptions will only be made on a case-by-case basis for emergencies or professional show bookings.

• Performers are required to post about the show on your social media, website, etc.

Dates:

Performances will be held on the 3rd or 4th Wednesday of each month at the Triad Theatre. Exact dates will be sent out once you have been selected.

Submissions:

Please submit your headshot, resume, and one video of your best 32 bar cut or singing reel. Links only- no video downloads will be accepted. Submissions should be sent to: [email protected].

Salary:

Please note, this is a non-paid position.

New York City’s premier singer showcase for up and coming musical theater talent. Founded in 2009, Bound For Broadway opened at The Duplex where it had four successful years before heading uptown to The West End Lounge where it played until 2020. B4B has long been a staple of the NYC nightlife scene. Over the years, more than 4,000 singers have graced the stage, many in their New York debut. Now B4B has found a new home at The Triad Theater, the famed Off-Broadway venue on the Upper West Side where it is heading into the fifth year of their monthly residency.

B4B has been nominated for ten BroadwayWorld Cabaret Awards since its return in 2022 including Best Variety Show, Best Open Mic Show, Best Director (Andy Crosten), Best Musical Director (Mason Griffin), Best Emcee (Jake Mckenna), and Best Ensemble Soloist (Mia Gentile, Tyler Hardwick, and Renee Elizabeth Turner).
