Job description - we are hiring for both Inbound and Outbound positions!

Inbound Job Overview:As an Inbound Campaign Agent at our call center, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for theater tickets. Your primary responsibilities will include handling incoming calls from customers interested in purchasing theater tickets, providing information about available shows and seating options, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Additionally, you will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote upselling opportunities to enhance ticket sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Provide information about available theater shows, schedules, and seating options.

Sales and Upselling:

  • Actively promote and sell theater tickets to callers.
  • Identify upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Customer Service:

  • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues effectively.
  • Assist customers with ticket purchases, exchanges, and refunds.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about current and upcoming theater productions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of seating charts, prices, and promotional offers.
  • Continuously update information on ticket availability and show details.

System Navigation:

  • Utilize call center software and ticketing systems efficiently.
  • Accurately process ticket orders, payments, and refunds.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions in the system.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with team members and share best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments for issue resolution.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Outbound Job Overview: As an Outbound Campaign Agent specializing in subscription sales, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone to promote and sell subscription services. This role involves conducting outbound calls, understanding customer needs, and effectively conveying the value proposition of the subscriptions offered by the company. Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a commitment to meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling:
  • Initiate 200+ outbound calls to potential customers from leads provided by the company.
  • Follow a script or guidelines to present subscription services and features.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the subscription services offered.
  • Stay informed about updates, promotions, and any changes to subscription plans.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Build rapport with potential customers to create a positive and trusting relationship.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and effectively.
  • Sales Pitch:
  • Tailor sales pitches to match the specific needs and interests of each potential customer.
  • Highlight key features and benefits of subscription plans to encourage sales.
  • Closing Deals:

  • Data Entry and Documentation:

Confidentiality:

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Suite, and basic computer skills.
  • Resilience and persistence in overcoming objections and challenges.
  • Must be willing to submit to an IT check to ensure that tech requirements are met
  • Must speak clear English
