We’re a rapidly growing NYC rental brokerage looking for an organized, fast‑paced, highly communicative administrative assistant to help support our agents and keep operations running smoothly. If you’re self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and thrive in an environment where things move quickly, you’ll fit right in.

We manage thousands of exclusive listings across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens, and operate with a powerful CRM containing thousands of active leads. You’ll play a key role in keeping everything coordinated and efficient as our team continues to scale.
