This part-time position plays a key role in supporting a major capital project, a new 300-seat mainstage and 100-seat black box theatre currently in pre-construction planning, while also ensuring smooth administrative and operational support across Theatre Aspen’s ongoing activities. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to the creation of a significant new cultural institution from the ground up.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities across both project-based and organizational needs.

  • Serve as liaison between Theatre Aspen leadership and external partners, including architects, theatre designers, and engineers
  • Support budget tracking and coordination in partnership with the CFO and accounting team

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Assist with box office operations as needed, including customer service and ticketing support
  • Maintain organized systems for files, communications, and reporting

This is a part-time position (approximately 15–20 hours per week) and may be performed remotely, with occasional travel to Aspen (1–2 times annually). Schedule flexibility is available based on organizational needs.

Salary Range: $28–$35/hour, commensurate with experience.

To apply please send resume and cover letter to [email protected] with the subject: “Project Coordinator.”
