Theatre Aspen, a leading professional theatre company in the Roaring Fork Valley, seeks a highly organized and proactive Project & Operations Coordinator to support both the organization’s day-to-day administrative operations and the development of its new theatre.
This part-time position plays a key role in supporting a major capital project, a new 300-seat mainstage and 100-seat black box theatre currently in pre-construction planning, while also ensuring smooth administrative and operational support across Theatre Aspen’s ongoing activities. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to the creation of a significant new cultural institution from the ground up.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities across both project-based and organizational needs.

This is a part-time position (approximately 15–20 hours per week) and may be performed remotely, with occasional travel to Aspen (1–2 times annually). Schedule flexibility is available based on organizational needs.
Salary Range: $28–$35/hour, commensurate with experience.
