DESCRIPTION

DXO Collective is a high-end entertainment and performance collective specializing in elevated, fashion-first movement for runway, luxury events, and major brand moments. Rooted in New York Fashion Week, we curate bold, precision-forward performance that reads as an extension of the runway story. For NYFW February 11–15, DXO Collective is producing performance for 5+ shows across the week—collaborating with designers and production partners to deliver unforgettable openers, immersive moments, and featured stage work.

REHEARSAL + PRODUCER SIGN-OFFS: February 10 (mandatory)

Additional rehearsals may be scheduled based on show assignment(s).

WE ARE SEEKING

1. CHOREOGRAPHERS (NYFW COLLABORATION)

We are seeking innovative, collaborative choreographers to work directly with the DXO Artistic Director + Associate Director on multiple NYFW productions. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility environment requiring strong creative leadership, flexibility, and clean execution. Smart and experienced preferred.

Ideal Choreographer candidates include a strong choreographic voice with high-fashion sensibility and messaging. Diverse Experience creating short-form, high-impact performances. We are seeking Collaborative and solution-oriented; able to iterate quickly with producer feedback. Comfortable working with diverse casts and varying venue constraints.

Choreography Compensation: $1,000 minimum per show

+10% agency fee (where applicable)

Potential to be booked for all 5+ shows

2. DANCERS (NYFW PERFORMANCE CAST)

We are casting dancers of all genders, ethnicities, sizes, shapes, and identities. DXO values true diversity and is seeking versatile, dynamic performers who can deliver precision, presence, and adaptability in a high-pressure setting.

Ideal Dancers:

• Strong performance quality + camera awareness

• Versatility across styles (commercial, jazz, contemporary, hip-hop, heels, showgirl, etc.)

• Excellent professionalism, punctuality, and stamina

• Able to learn quickly, take notes, and perform with confidence under tight timelines

Compensation: $100 minimum per show

+10% agency fee (where applicable)

Potential to be booked for all 5+ shows

Maximum — $1000 for the whole week.

PRESS FITTING + SPONSOR DAY (DANCERS)

Selected dancers are required to attend our Press Fitting Day with sponsors. Posting and participation in sponsor activities is highly recommended and encouraged (content support + relationship-building + future opportunities).

MEDIA + CONTENT ACCESS

All booked talent will receive access to professional photos and footage captured by the DXO Collective media team. In addition, NYFW productions typically include professional media teams that may also provide photos/footage per show.

WELLNESS + RECOVERY SUPPORT

To support talent throughout NYFW, DXO is providing recovery access through our wellness partners, including:

• Othership (sauna + recovery experiences)

• StretchLab

Support will be available onsite for rehearsals and post-Fashion Week recovery (as scheduling allows).
