DESCRIPTION

Rate: Non-Equity, $300/day
Location: In-person – The Venetian, Las Vegas
Dates: Includes prep days + event days (details provided upon inquiry)

We are seeking an experienced Stage Manager to support a high-profile red carpet event and live show at The Venetian in Las Vegas. This role will be integral in coordinating pre-production, managing show flow, and supporting media and technical operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee stage operations during rehearsals and live event
• Call cues and manage live show flow
• Coordinate with production team, talent, and technical departments
• Support pre-production planning and on-site prep
• Manage file asset organization and transfer, coordinating materials from internal teams to hard drives and the tech team
• Assist with basic video editing tasks (trimming and cutting) as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Stage Manager for live events or productions
• Experience with red carpet events, live show calling, and performance-based productions strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Competence in file organization systems (Google Drive or similar)
• Basic video editing skills (cuts and trims) are a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Requirements:

• Must be Las Vegas–based or able to work as a local hire (no travel/accommodation provided)
• Must be available for both prep and event days
