CASTING MALE LEAD FOR BIBLICAL PERIOD MUSICAL IN JERUSALEM - SPRING 2026

Daystar Theatre Arts Inc. is in urgent need of cating the lead role of JESUS CHRIST (Yeshua) in the biblical recital “HaMashiach” (The Messiah) Leading man type (Hieght 5”10” to 6”5”) with athlletic muscular lean build and an exuding charisma. Bari-Tenor vocal range, the musical language of the piece lives in Contemporary Musical Theatre so solid vocal training is required. Dialogue demands heavy conviction and empathy based in sincerity so profesional level acting training also required. Be willing to grow facial beard and length of hair. (Mediterranean/Italion - Middle Eastern Aesthetic a bonus but not required due to stage make up resources available)

Rehearsals March 16th - 29th - Tel - Aviv, Israel

Run March 30th -April 4th - Khan Theatre Jerusalem, Israel

Air Fare - Accomodations and Board Included (Car Rental Throughout Run Provided as well as beauitful studio apartment in old city , Armenian Quarter Jerusalem)

Weekly Salary of $2,917 available
