Loopy’s is building a small but consistent live performance program inside a Korean restaurant next to an active theater. We’re looking for a Junior Producer / Booker who wants to help shape the identity of a room from the ground floor.

This is not a big institutional producing job. It’s a chance to build something real — fast and artist-friendly — with a focus on comedy, emerging voices, and shows that work in an intimate space.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Booking comedians, hosts, and small-format live acts

• Building recurring nights that develop loyal audiences

• Curating lineups that fit a minimal staging environment

• Managing artist communication and basic logistics

• Helping create a venue comics want to come back to

• Supporting select shows on-site

The Right Person

• Already plugged into NYC’s young comedy or alt-performance scene

• Knows who’s coming up — not just who’s already famous

• Has produced or hosted shows (even independently or informally)

• Understands how to fill a small room and create momentum

• Comfortable working with limited production and quick turnarounds
