RISENY : Guest Relations / Customer Service

Overview:

RISENY, a new world-class exhibition and attraction in the heart of Times Square is hiring Guest Service Team Members! At RISENY, you will play a dynamic, interactive role with a specific focus on the guest experience. These positions will be integral in providing a unique, memorable experience while ensuring a safe environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• ● Need to be highly motivated, enthusiastic, and able to multitask in a fast paced, interactive environment.

• ● Greet guests as they enter and throughout the venue.

• ● Operation of attraction systems including flying theater motion simulator

• ● Efficiently load and unload guests with a focus on safety

• ● Delivering safety instructions, spiels, and narrations of varying lengths

• ● Provide crowd control

• ● Sell and scan entry tickets or assist with order inquiries at the box office

• ● Operate elements of the experience including coat check, photo opp, gift shop, and

  more.

• ● Strong communication skills.

• ● Able to complete repetitive tasks while maintaining quality

• ● Performs other duties as necessary or required by management.

• ● Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including non-traditional hours,

  nights, weekends, holidays, and special events

  Desired Qualifications:

• ● Experience in customer service, preferably in an attraction, entertainment, or hospitality environment.

• ● Multilingual capabilities are a plus.

• ● Energetic and outgoing personality with a creative and proactive approach to work

  Job Type: Part-time, hourly, seasonal

  Salary: $18.50 per hour

  Schedule:

• ● Shifts vary from approx. 6 hours - 8.5 hrs

• ● Currently open 7 days/week including holidays.

• ● Closing shifts, weekend shifts and holiday availability are highly important.
