Division Head – Seniors Program (Rising 5th & 6th Graders)
Elmwood Day Camp | Summer Leadership Role
Elmwood Day Camp is seeking a motivated, confident Division Head to lead our Seniors Program—a dynamic, specialized experience for rising 5th and 6th graders that blends independence, adventure, and the heart of traditional camp.
Our Seniors enjoy a program designed just for them, including day trips, two overnight trips, and full participation in Elmwood’s core activities and traditions. This division is all about growth—socially, emotionally, and as a community.
The Role
The Division Head is a hands-on leader who:

Builds strong relationships with campers and staff

Leads and mentors a team of counselors

Oversees daily programming and camper experience

Plays a key role on trips and overnights

Collaborates closely with camp leadership to strengthen and evolve the program
