DESCRIPTION
The Pekoe Group is an award-winning, fast paced, full-service Advertising Agency in NYC, working with the city's top Broadway shows, Off-Broadway shows, and restaurants.
We are seeking a full-time Digital Advertising Coordinator to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Building and managing digital advertising campaigns across a variety of paid social, search, and display platforms, including but not limited to Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, AdRoll, and CRM tools such as Mailchimp
- Daily monitoring of ad campaigns, including campaign structure, targeting, creative, and budget optimizations
- Pixel management on Google Tag Manager, website and ticketing platform backends for the tracking of digital ad campaigns
- Budget tracking & updating for campaigns across digital ad platforms
- Analyzing, reporting on and making recommendations to improve digital ad performance
- Working closely with the Accounts team to communicate best practices, troubleshoot problems, and stay up-to-date on client needs
- Overseeing the workflow of the Digital Advertising Assistant
- Staying up-to-date on digital advertising industry news and trends
- Reporting to Digital team on advertising platform updates/advancements
- Trafficking digital assets and requesting campaign reporting, including screenshots, from third-party vendors
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 2-3 years experience in a digital advertising related role, with a focus on campaign buildout and management
- Google and Meta Ads Certified
- Experience in using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Campaign Manager 360
- Experience with programmatic DSPs
- Experience in using MailChimp or similar email platforms
- Experience with tracking pixel management
- Experience with conversion tracking and implementing CAPIs for advertising platforms
- A passion for data and analytics
- An enthusiasm for adapting to new technology
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines
- Interest in arts/entertainment preferred, but prior experience not required

COMPENSATION: $60,000 - $65,000 per year
