Seeking 2 Dancer/Choreographers for Indie-Pop Music Video Shoot

Concept:
This video will feature two dancers in individual solo sections, intercut with the artist’s on-camera performance. Each dancer will choreograph and perform their own movement to a designated section of the song (approximately 2 minutes).

The song celebrates body positivity and self-love, sonically inspired by Yes, And (Ariana Grande) and Vogue (Madonna). Choreography can draw inspiration from these videos and the body-positive concept.

What You’ll Do:

• Choreograph your own solo (or structured improvisation)
• Perform on camera for the video shoot
• Collaborate with the artist to ensure the tone and vision of the video align

Details:

• Shoot Date: Monday, April 27 (11am–3pm)
• Location: Studio in Long Island City
• Time Commitment: 1–1.5 hours on set
• Self-prep; no rehearsal required

Compensation:

• $100–$150
• Professional video footage for your reel
• Credit as Dancer + Choreographer

Who You Are:

• Strong, expressive mover (contemporary, commercial, or hybrid styles welcome)
• Comfortable choreographing or improvising
• Excited to collaborate on an independent artist-driven project

Shortlisted dancers will have the opportunity to hear the song and chat with the artist to ensure the project is a mutually creative fit.
