Duties include:
- Building and maintaining the branding for the show
- Developing and overseeing creative design (poster art, program, signage, web graphics)
- Attending intermittent rehearsals to take photos, videos, etc. for promotion
- Collaborating on visual storytelling for campaign materials and behind-the-scenes content
- Ability to distinguish branding for The Startup as a show, and the fictional tech startup within the show, "kazoo"
Qualifications:
- Experience in brand strategy or art direction for creative projects
- Exceptional graphic/visual design abilities
- Strong visual design sensibility and ability
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or another graphic design software
This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging brand manager willing to learn and gain experience working on a new musical in development. The Brand Manager will also have the opportunity to collaborate with partners for possible immersive elements in the show. The production schedule will be Feb 28-Apr 19, 2026, though we will get started on strategy sooner than that.
