Broadway Cares Where to Enjoy 2017's Broadway Bares Stripathon Events Numerous fundraisers are being held leading up to the annual Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS fundraiser on June 18.
Prior to the annual Broadway Bares fundraiser for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS—set for June 18 at 9:30 PM and midnight at the Hammerstein Ballroom—several of the dancers from that forthcoming Broadway Bares: Strip U are taking part in numerous Stripathon events, also benefiting BC/EFA.

Details of these events follow:

June 2 at 7 PM: Go-go dancing, amazing prizes, and mingling with Broadway Bares dancers at The Monster. No reservations or tickets needed.

June 3 at 9 AM: Join Stephanie Wilberding from Mark Fisher Fitness (the official fitness sponsor of Broadway Bares) at Hudson Park for a one-hour fitness party. All skill levels are welcome, no experience necessary. Sign up in advance to guarantee a spot. Learn more.

June 3 at 5:30 PM: Learn Broadway Bares Core-Ography at TMPL Gym in Hell’s Kitchen. Join cast members in fun dance, and exercise classes and enter drawings for incredible prizes. Learn more.

June 3 at 8 PM: Join your favorite past and present staff members from Mark Fisher Fitness for an evening of song, dance, and sexy shenanigans at SubCulture in New York. Hosted by Geoff Hemingway with long-time ninja and music director Brian Nash on the keys. Get tickets.

June 3 at 9 PM: Hang with Broadway Bares dancers at a charity night to remember! Sexy pole and aerial performances, a twerk contest, and great prizes await at a special event at Body & Pole, the largest pole and aerial dance fitness studio in New York City. Your ticket also gets you a $5 class. Get tickets.


June 8 at 2 PM: Join Chaise Fitness instructor and Broadway Bares dancer Marc Andrew Nunez for this donation-based class. Space is limited. Email [email protected] to RSVP.

June 8 at 7 PM: Join this year’s Opening Number classmates at a private rotation cocktail party in a private residence in the West Village. Complimentary vodka cocktails and light refreshments will be served. Learn more.

June 8 at 9:30 PM: Spend the evening with The Duplex’s world-famous piano bar staff entertainers. Sing with us, drink with us, laugh with us and help us give back to our community. Learn more.

June 9 at 9:30 PM: Join cast members of Broadway Bares: Strip U as they do what they do best: showcase their talents while also showcasing their bodies. It’s Uptown Burlesque: An Evening of Solo Strips at The West End Lounge. Get tickets.

June 10 at 2:30 PM: A one-of-a-kind fundraising ride at SoulCycle on West 77th Street with live performances throughout the ride. Shoes will be provided by SoulCycle, you bring the energy (and your own water bottle). To sign up, email [email protected]. $50 donation per bike goes to to Broadway Cares.

June 11 at 1:30 PM: Join Broadway Bares dancers at Pure Barre New York Columbus Circle for a $15 donation class. All proceeds benefit Broadway Cares and will be matched 100 percent by Pure Barre NYC. Sign up.

June 14 at 6 PM: Broadway Bares all-team fundraiser at Industry, 355 West 52nd Street (between Eighth and Ninth Avenues). Support your favorite Strip U teams in person. No reservations or tickets needed. Learn more.

June 17 at 9 AM: Join Robbie Farlow from Mark Fisher Fitness at Hudson Park for a one-hour fitness party. All skill levels are welcome, no experience necessary. Classes will include body-weight exercise for both beginners and advanced fitness ninjas. Space is limited, so sign up in advance to guarantee a spot. Learn more.
