Performances begin January 12 at 59E59 Theaters for the Off-Broadway premiere of Jack Neary's dark comedy Trick or Treat, starring Emmy winner and Tony nominee Gordon Clapp (NYPD Blue). In the new play, a dark secret sets the wheels in motion for a Halloween night of confrontation, mystery, and suspense.

Joining Clapp are David Mason (The Nest); Kathy Manfre (The Drowsy Chaperone); Kathy McCafferty (Dada Woof, Papa Hot ); and Jenni Putney (The Pool Skimmer).

Trick or Treat is directed by Carol Dunne and produced at 59E59 by Northern Stage. The production will officially open January 20 and is scheduled to run through February 24.

The design team includes Michael Ganio (scenic design); Tyler Perry (lighting design); Allison Crutchfield (costume design); and Ben Montmagny (sound design). Paul West is the fight director and the production stage manager is Kristin Herrick.

Trick or Treat was first seen at Northern Stage in the 2016 New Works Now festival and later presented as a world premiere production, also starring Clapp, in 2017.
