Jacob Perkins' The Dinosaurs opened its world premiere run Off-Broadway at Playwrights Horizons February 16, and the reviews are in! The limited run is set to continue through March 1 in the company's Judith O. Rubin Theater. See what critics had to say below.
Les Waters is at the helm of the slice-of-life play following a group of women in recovery meeting weekly to share their stories and struggles. As weeks turn into months, months turn into years, and years become decades, they continue to meet at the same place and time.
The cast includes Kathleen Chalfant as Jolly/June, Elizabeth Marvel as Joan, April Matthis as Jane, Keilly McQuail as Rayna/Buddy, Mallory Portnoy as Janet, and Maria Elena Ramirez as Joane. Casting is by Alldaffer and Donadio Casting.
