Broadway News The Illusionists End Broadway Engagement in Magic of the Holidays December 30 Performances began November 23 at the Marquis Theatre.

The Illusionists—Magic of the Holidays, a new installment of the touring magic spectacular, ends its run at Broadway’s Marquis Theatre December 30. The limited engagement began performances November 23.

The Illusionists previously entertained New York audiences with three consecutive Broadway outings: Witness the Impossible (2014–2015), Live on Broadway (2015–2016), and Turn of the Century (2016–2017).

This year’s family-friendly show features illusions, close-up magic, mentalism, escapes, and technological spectacle performed by entertainers who have captivated audiences worldwide. Performers include Darcy Oake (The Grand Illusionist), Adam Trent (The Futurist), Colin Cloud (The Deductionist), Shin Lim (The Manipulator), Chloé Crawford (The Sorceress), and the dance group Light Balance.

In addition to creative producer Simon Painter, the creative team for Magic of the Holidays includes executive producer Tim Lawson and director Neil Dorward.

The Marquis will next welcome the musical adaptation of Tootsie, starring Tony nominee Santino Fontana. Performances begin March 29, 2019.
