Aaron Carter, the blond heartthrob of the barely-teen set, will jump into Seussical, the Broadway musical, April 4 for five weeks.
The 13-year-old international star, known for such songs as "Crush On You" and "Crazy Little Party Girl," will play the lost kid, JoJo, who feels "Alone in the Universe" in the Broadway musical drawn from the works of Dr. Seuss. He will stay with the troupe to May 6. Cathy Rigby joins Seussical, playing The Cat in the Hat, March 15.
Carter began his singing career at age 7 when he sang with Dead End. He has since been dubbed The Little Prince of Pop. His albums include "Aaron Carter" and "Aaron Carter: Come and Get It." He first got a break when performing during a Backstreet Boys concert; he later toured with Britney Spears.
