Public Musical Reveals Full Cast for Leicester Run

Created by the collective Stroud and Notes, the Fringe-favorite musical tells the story of four strangers trapped inside a public toilet.

Public - The Musical, one of Playbill's favorite picks from the Edinburgh Fringe in 2023, is headed to Leicester's Curve Theatre.

The production, which is set to run May 30-June 13, tells the story of four strangers trapped inside a public gender neutral toilet. 

Playing Zo, the ultra-woke activist, is Grace Towning. Andrew, the Lycra-clad city banker on his way home, will be played by Matt Corner. Sweat-soaked stress case Finley will be played by Ivano Turco. Laura, the people pleaser on the way to their wedding, will be played by Cole Dennis. Casting is by Harry Blumenau Casting.

Created by the collective Stroud and Notes, Public - The Musical is written and directed by Hannah Sands, with music by Kyla Stroud and choreography by Natalie Stroud. Olivia Zacharia will serve as the production's musical supervisor and orchestrator.

Announced today as joining the creative team are Amy Jane Cook as set and costume designer, Katy Morison as lighting designer, Livs Needham as musical director, and Anita Gander as associate designer.
