The Diana Mixtape, billed as a love letter to the late Princess of Wales, is currently making its world premiere in London at HERE at Outernet through August 10. Check out photos from the production in the gallery below.
Directed by producer Christopher D. Clegg, the part-theatre, part-concert production features Keala Settle (The Greatest Showman, & Juliet) as Queen Elizabeth II, Noel Sullivan (Dirty Rotten Scoundrels) as King Charles III, and Lucinda Lawrence (Cool Rider, 9 to 5 The Musical) as Queen Camilla plus drag royalty Courtney Act, Rosé, Divina De Campo, Kitty Scott-Claus, and Priyanka all playing Princess Diana.
The ensemble includes Ashton Bradley, Henry Chatfield, Jordan Jewel, Theo Simpson, and Leo Udvarlaky.
Featuring music originally performed by Britney Spears, Lady Gaga, Dua Lipa, Jade, Katy Perry, Ariana Grande, Kylie Minogue and more, the production puts "Diana centerstage to tell her story with a soundtrack fit for a queen," according to press notes.
TuckShop and Walport Productions, in association with Harry Layman, produce. The production will subsequently play a limited engagement at the Lowry, Salford August 19-21.
