News PHOTO CALL: Gavin Creel Goes Solo at Birdland Tony Award nominee Gavin Creel, who recently took his Broadway performance in Hair to London, returns to New York with three nights of concerts at Birdland Jazz.

The concerts, titled Back to New York, will be presented at Birdland Nov. 1, 8 and 15 at 7 PM. The evenings are part of the Broadway at Birdland concert series.

The concert offers selections from his new EP, "Quiet," as well as material from his first CD release, "GoodtimeNation," along with new material.
