PHOTO CALL: Cavenaugh Is Superman in Dallas

The Dallas production features a revised book by playwright Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, who is also a writer for such comic books as "Marvel Knights 4" and "Sensational Spider-Man." David Newman and Robert Benton penned the original book for the musical that has a score by Bye Bye Birdie writers Charles Strouse (music) and Lee Adams (lyrics). Cavenaugh is joined by Patrick Cassidy as the musical's villain, Max Mencken, Zakiya Young as Lois Lane and Jenny Powers as Clark Kent's other love interest, Sydney Sharp. Andrew Keenan-Bolger plays Torchy.
