
Davis, who succeeds Amy Spanger, will continue with the production through Aug. 28. She is joined on Broadway by Terra C. MacLeod as Velma Kelly (now through Aug. 18) and Olivier Award nominee Carol Woods as Matron "Mama" Morton (Aug. 20-28).
Following their Broadway engagements, Davis, MacLeod and Woods will kick-off the new 2013-14 national tour of Chicago, beginning Aug. 31 in Tacoma, Washington. The tour will also feature John O'Hurley ("Seinfeld," "Family Feud") as Billy Flynn; O'Hurley is set to appear in several cities including Tacoma, Portland, St. Louis, Madison, Ft. Lauderdale, Austin, Oklahoma City and Tulsa.
