Lindsay and Massey, who wed June 2 at Lake Valhalla Club in Montville, NJ, met while starring opposite each other in the East Coast premiere of Little House on the Prairie, which bowed in 2009 at New Jersey's Paper Mill Playhouse.
In Little House, Lindsay played Laura Ingalls Wilder, with Massey as her onstage love interest Almanzo Wilder. The couple was engaged May 31, 2012.
"We had the best night of our lives and felt so loved," the couple said to Playbill.com via email. "Definitely on Cloud Nine right now. Just goes to show, ya never know…You may fall in love just as it says in your script."
