Jeff Whiting, the resident director of Bullets Over Broadway, Big Fish and The Scottsboro Boys, helms the musical that is characterized as "a 1930s swing-time musical reminiscent of Warner Brothers gangster movies, Hitchcock thrillers, and 'Casablanca' style romance."

Crumb (Aspects of Love, Anna Karenina) and Yazbeck (Gypsy, Little Me, On the Town) lead a cast that will also include Barbara Jo Bednarczuk, Preston Truman Boyd, Jared Bradshaw, Kevin Cahoon, Lauren Cohn, Henry Gainza, Kinsland Howell, Lauren Kadel, Katy Karr, Anthony Lee Medina, Jeff Pew, Shawn Platzker, Sarah Reardon, Sarah Roussos, Lara Seibert, Tom Souhrada, Jeffrey Scott Stevens, Mariand Torres and Stuart Zagnit.
