Broadway alum Lea Michele is set to star in the ABC Christmas movie Same Time, Next Christmas.
The film is slated to air in December in time for the holidays, according to Variety. Michelle will play Olivia Henderson, who reunites with her long-lost teenage sweetheart at a Hawaii resort, despite circumstances continuing to push them apart.
No word yet on who will star opposite the Glee favorite.
"This holiday season holds special importance to me as I get to celebrate both my role in this film and my first-ever holiday album," said Michelle. "I'm honored to return to ABC with this movie event, and I am excited to share the holidays with everyone."
Last seen on TV in ABC’s The Mayor, which aired in 2017–2018, Michelle got her start on Broadway Les Misérables, Ragtime, Fiddler on the Roof, and Spring Awakening.
