Graham Fuller and Kristina Fuller's In the Trenches: A Parenting Musical has announced industry workshop presentations for October 13 at 11 AM and 3 PM, ahead of a planned Off-Broadway run. The presentations are directed and choreographed by Jen Wineman and will be held at Pearl Studios.

The cast includes Kara Lindsay (Newsies, Wicked), Max Crumm (Grease, Disaster!), Christine Dwyer (Wicked), Arbender Robinson (The Book of Mormon, Shuffle Along), JJ Caruncho (In The Heights), and Vidushi Goyal.

The work features a book, music, and lyrics by both Fullers, and the workshop presentations will feature music direction by Rebekah Bruce (Mean Girls) and arrangements by Dan Graeber and the Fullers.

The show follows two bleary-eyed young parents discovering their new identities after having a baby. As they encounter a danger-prone toddler, an overlooked younger sibling, an "official mom uniform" and more, the new musical explores the joys (and the not-so-joyful moments) of parenting. 

The creative team also includes sound designer Jessica Paz, stage manager William Spinnato, and assistant stage manager Miranda Shaffer. Casting is by Eisenberg/Beans Casting. In The Trenches is produced by Ember Productions & Bartos Entertainment Group, Executive Produced by Jen Sandler, and General Managed by Visceral Entertainment.
