Dirty Little Secret, a new musical with a book by Jonathan Sheffer and music and lyrics by Sheffer and Bruce Roberts, will get industry presentations in NYC February 19-20. Tony winner Jerry Mitchell (BOOP!) is directing.

The work, set at the dawn of the Jazz Age, centers on a real-life group of gay Harvard students whose wild parties got the attention of the institution's administration, who ultimately expelled the men. After the university buried the story, it remained largely unknown until 2002 when a Harvard journalism student uncovered records of the tale.

The presentation cast will include John Bolton, Shavey Brown, Robert Cuccioli, Tony d’Alelio, Bransen Gates, Cory Jeacoma, Jared Loftin, Tyler Donovan McCall, Tony winner Alex Newell, Nico Oliveri, Cade Ostermeyer, Noah J. Ricketts, Matt Rodin, Ricky Schroeder, and Ben Jackson Walker. Casting is by The Telsey Company's Craig Burns.

The creative team also includes music director Andrea Grody, video and projection designer Caite Hevner, general manager Martian Entertainment (Carl White and Gregory Rae), company manager HyoJu Hong, production stage manager Colyn W. Fiendel, and assistant stage manager Willy Kinch.
