Cabaret & Concert News Hugh Panaro to Make Solo New York Concert Debut at 54 Below

Richard Jay-Alexander will direct with musical direction by Joseph Thalken.

Hugh Panaro, who played over 2,000 performances in the title role of Broadway's The Phantom of the Opera, will make his solo New York concert debut October 5-6 at 7 PM at 54 Below. The October 6 performance will also be live streamed.

Richard Jay-Alexander will direct the evenings with musical direction by Joseph Thalken.

Expect a mix of songs and personal stories, including tunes from Side Show, Show Boat, Lestat, Sweeney Todd, Sunday in the Park with George, The Red Shoes, and more.

In addition to playing the title role and Raoul in Phantom, Panaro's Broadway credits also include Lestat, Show Boat, Side Show, Les Misérables, and The Red Shoes. He also starred in the national tours of Martin Guerre, Show Boat, and Les Misérables.
