News Hugh Jackman Will Be Joined by 150 Dancers and Musicians in New Stage Show Hugh Jackman, a Tony winner for his performance in The Boy from Oz, will perform his new semi-autobiographical stage show in his native Australia, according to Deadline.com.

Entitled Broadway To Oz, the five-city tour will kick off Nov. 24 in Melbourne before playing Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide. Jackman's show will conclude Dec. 15 in Perth.

The show, according to the industry paper, "will cover [Jackman's] early stage days, his life growing up in Australia, and eventual success, with medley of songs associated with Jackman’s career." The stage and screen star will be joined by 150 dancers and musicians.

Robert Fox is producing for the Dainty Group.

Jackman's one-man show, Hugh Jackman, Back on Broadway, was presented Nov. 10, 2011-Jan. 1, 2012, at the Broadhurst Theatre. In Hugh Jackman, Back on Broadway, the singing actor performed a personal selection of his favorite musical numbers that reflected on his life and career.

During the limited run, Jackman raised over $1 million for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. He received a Special Tony in 2012.
