On Nov. 12 "American Horror Story" creator Ryan Murphy tweeted: "Guess who's visiting the Coven? The legendary Stevie Nicks!" Murphy later confirmed to EOnline that Nicks would appear on the series.
Nicks' music has been featured in several episodes of "Coven." The character of Misty Day, played on the series by Tony Award nominee Lily Rabe, has an obsession with the rocker and her music. She has also alluded to Nicks being the "White Witch."
Gummer (Arcadia, "Smash") is also set to appear in a 1919-set flashback on an upcoming episode of "Coven."
