The play tackles the conundrum of British schooling through a myriad of characters including parents, teachers, and Alia, a prodigiously clever young Pakistani refugee and the newest member of Britain's Education Research Board. But is the system ready to take lessons from a schoolgirl?

Brydon is best known for his TV and film work, including "Marion and Geoff," "Oliver Twist," "Heroes and Villains: Napoleon," "The Way We Live Now," "Murder in Mind," Cinderella" and the forthcoming HBO series "The Brink." His stage credits include A Chorus of Disapproval (West End) and The Painkiller (Belfast's Lyric Theatre, which he will reprise opposite Kenneth Branagh as part of the Kenneth Branagh Theatre previously announced season at the Garrick Theatre in March 2016).
