All weekend performances of The Lion King at the Minskoff Theatre and Mary Poppins at the New Amsterdam Theatre (Saturday, Aug. 27 and Sunday, Aug. 28) are cancelled due to the expected extreme weather and transit service shutdown related to it.
Producer Disney Theatrical Productions "made the decision in the interest of its patrons' and staff's safety following the announcement of the impending suspension of MTA and Metro North service."
Tickets for all three performances of both shows will be refunded at the original point of purchase.
If tickets were purchased via Ticketmaster.com, Ticketmaster via Phone or the Disney on Broadway Hotline, a refund has already been processed, and your credit card will be refunded automatically within 7-10 business days. For any issues, please contact the Disney on Broadway Hotline at (866) 870-2717 and have your Ticketmaster Account Number/Confirmation Number handy. Original tickets need not be retained.
If tickets were purchased at the New Amsterdam Theatre or Minskoff Theatre Box Office, return your original tickets to the Theater Box Office.
You have the option of receiving a full refund to the original method of payment or exchanging your tickets for an alternate date of your choice, subject to availability.
