Golden Globe Award nominee Chris Noth (The Good Wife) will join previously announced Oscar nominee Isabelle Huppert in the U.S. premiere of French playwright Florian Zeller’s The Mother at Atlantic Theater Company this winter. The Get Down's Justice Smith, seen Off-Broadway in Yen, and Odessa Young, recently seen in the Second Stage production of Days of Rage, complete the cast.

In The Mother, Huppert stars as a woman grasping for stability as the family she has given everything to live their own lives. Trip Cullman (Lobby Hero) directs the English translation from Christopher Hampton, beginning performances February 20 ahead of a March 11 opening.

The Mother will feature scenic design by Mark Wendland, costume design by Anita Yavich, lighting design by Ben Stanton, sound design and original composition by Fitz Patton, projections by Lucy MacKinnon, and casting by Telsey + Company, William Cantler, CSA; Adam Caldwell, CSA; Karyn Casl, CSA.

Performances are in Atlantic's Linda Gross Theater through April 7.
