News Broadway Stars Sing 1776 at Feinstein's/54 Below Tonight For the third year, the cabaret venue celebrates Independence Day with a concert staging of the historical musical.

For the third year in a row, Feinstein's/54 Below celebrates Independence Day July 4 with two concert stagings of 1776. The Tony-winning musical about America’s founding fathers is being performed by stars of the Great White Way at 7 PM and 9:30 PM.

The line-up of performers includes Kyle Barisch (The Phantom Of The Opera), Mick Bleyer (Marquee Five), Jacob Hoffman (I’ll Be Damned), Autumn Hurlbert, Rob Maitner (A Better Place), Daniel Marcus (1776), Michael McCormick (1776), Patrick Mellen (Lestat), Brian Charles Rooney (The Threepenny Opera), Tally Sessions (School of Rock), Lucia Spina (Kinky Boots) and Paul Michael Valley (1776). The evening is hosted by Maitner, with musical direction by Jacob Yates and direction by Spina.

1776 was recently revived by New York City Center as part of its Encores! series. The concert staging was directed by Garry Hynes and featured a diverse cast of actors.
