Broadway for Arts Education will commemorate World AIDS Day with a benefit reading of Larry Kramer's The Normal Heart. Set for December 1, the event will take place at and benefit The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Community Center in NYC.

The starry cast will include Jordan Roth, Tony winner Randy Graff (Mr. Saturday Night), Matthew Corozine, Larry Rogowsky, Bryan Campione, Julie James, Tom Berklund (The Addams Family), Elijah Caldwell (A Strange Loop), Adam Dulin-Tavares, Kyle Pickett, Kal Kalil, Damon Clyde, Rose Levine, Coulby Jenkins, Lynda DeFuria, Patrick Clark, Matthew Labanca, Benny Enfinger, Brett Radek, Nathan Nolen Edwards, and Xiao Xiao Sun.

"In a world where queerness is still very much under attack by government and educational institutions, this piece was chosen as a vehicle to connect queer stories past, present, and future, and bring together the LGBTQ+ community across generations to continue to speak out and act up for queer lives and queer futures," says BAE Executive Director Ben Houghton.

Issac Byrne (The Other Mozart) is directing, leading a creative team that includes stage manager Thomas Dieter, lighting designer Zach Pizza, and sound designer Vrialto. Casting is by Tessa Faye Talent.

On the production team are a group of interns led by BAE and The Center, including Jermy Quiroz, Alastair Feliciano, Irati Castaneda, Nicole Ruiz, AJ Sinclair, Bo de La Rosa, Alley Long, Gabriela Vivanco, and Artie Brown.

Tickets are available at GiveLively.org.
