West End veteran Zoë Wanamaker, last seen onstage in a 2018 revival of Harold Pinter's The Birthday Party, will be joined by Olivier Award-winning Once actor Zrinka Cvitešić in an upcoming production of Nancy Harris' Two Ladies. The new play, which will be seen in London in the fall, sees the First Ladies of France and America alone together in the midst of an international crisis (over which their husbands have clashed).

Nicholas Hytner will direct the six-week run at the Bridge Theatre. Performances will begin September 14 ahead of a September 25 opening, with additional casting to be announced.

Set and costume designs are by Anna Fleischle with lighting by Johanna Town and sound by George Dennis.

Wanamaker has been seen onstage at the National Theatre, the Royal Shakespeare Company, the Royal Court Theatre, and the Donmar Warehouse as well as in the West End and on Broadway. Her film and TV credits include Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, Killing Eve, Britannia, and Girlfriends.

As a member of the Croatian National Theatre, Cvitešić has been seen in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, War and Peace, The Importance of Being Ernest, Three Sisters, and Romeo and Juliet. Her film and TV credits include Capital, London Spy, On the Path, and My Beautiful Country.
