Lena Hall, who won a Tony for her performance as Yitzhak in the Broadway bow of Hedwig and the Angry Inch, continues her Obsessed project with another music video featuring a song from the rock musical.
In the video above, Hall offers a contemplative, heartfelt rendition of “The Long Grift” that erupts into a rocked-out finale. Hall performed the song in her Tony-winning turn as Yitzhak, Hedwig's husband and aspiring drag queen. She went on to reprise her performance on the road and play the title role at select performances, becoming the first actor to play both Hedwig and Yitzhak in the same production.
