Ahead of their first preview, Playbill caught up with members of the cast of Noël Coward’s Present Laughter, set to begin performances on Broadway March 10 at the St. James Theatre.
Watch interviews with Avengers star Cobie Smulders, Tony and Emmy Award nominee Kate Burton, Tony Award nominee Kristine Nielsen, and two-time Tony Award winner Kevin Kline, who makes his return to the Broadway stage following a ten-year absence.
In Present Laughter, Kline stars as a self-obsessed actor in the midst of a mid-life crisis. In signature Coward style, the leading man finds himself caught between fawning ingénues, crazed playwrights, and unexpected twists.
Directed by Tony Award nominee Moritz von Stuelpnagel, Present Laughter will officially open April 5 for an engagement scheduled to continue through July 2.
Tickets are now on sale at Ticketmaster.com, by calling (877) 250-2929, or in person at the St. James Theatre Box Office.
