Tony Award-winning Hamilton star Renée Elise Goldsberry will perform the theme song for Disney Junior’s upcoming remake of the 1980s animated series Muppet Babies, which is set to premiere in March on the Disney Channel.
Songwriters Kay Hanley, Michelle Lewis, and Dan Petty have re-imagined the classic theme song, which will be released February 23 by Walt Disney Records.
In the video above, Goldsberry talks about her involvement in the series, and which Hamilton role she thinks Baby Piggy (Miss Piggy) should play.
