Jonathan Groff, Andréa Burns, and Julia Murney visited New Zealand to take part in the biennial Christchurch International Musical Theatre Summer School. The Broadway stars each taught master classes as well as offered a special performance for the participants. The program, headed by composer and educator Luke Di Somma, consisted of 120 secondary school students and 32 emerging professional students. The school aims to “bring world class musical theatre education to New Zealand to inspire the next generation of Kiwi performers.”
