Pretty Woman: The Musical has been playing at the Nederlander Theatre on Broadway since July 20, 2018. Based on the Julia Roberts-Richard Gere movie about a star-crossed meeting between a sex worker and a disillusioned businessman, the musical features a book co-written by the film’s director, the late Garry Marshall, and screenwriter J.F. Lawton.

Directed and choreographed by Jerry Mitchell, the contemporary stage adaptation stars Samantha Barks as Vivian and Andy Karl as Edward. As previously announced, Tony Award nominee Adam Pascal (Rent, Something Rotten!) will step into Ed's shoes January 15–20, during leading man Karl's time off.
