PBS' New Year's Eve concert, New York Philharmonic New Year’s Eve: Bernstein on Broadway, paid a centennial tribute to the late, award-winning composer Leonard Bernstein. The celebration, which aired on PBS stations around the country December 31, was hosted by six-time Tony winner Audra McDonald.
The famed orchestra was joined by four Broadway favorites: Tony winner Annaleigh Ashford (Kinky Boots, Sunday in the Park with George), Tony nominee Christopher Jackson (Hamilton), Tony nominee Laura Osnes (Bandstand, Cinderella), and Aaron Tveit (Next to Normal).
