The Phantom of the Opera and Love Never Dies star Ramin Karimloo will join Barbra Streisand for her July 7 concert at British Summer Time Hyde Park, which will also feature Streisand’s A Star Is Born co-star Kris Kristofferson and British singer-songwriter Brian Ferry.
Karimloo earned a Tony nomination for playing Jean Valjean in the 2014 Broadway revival of Les Misérables. He is also known for playing the Phantom in Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Phantom of the Opera and its sequel Love Never Dies. His stage appearances also include the Broadway premiere of Anastasia, as well as Murder Ballad, Sunset Boulevard, and Miss Saigon.
Streisand is known for her acclaimed performances in Funny Girl, The Way We Were, A Star Is Born, The Prince of Tides, The Mirror Has Two Faces, and others. Her new album Walls was released last year.
