Alex Lubischer’s darkly comic play Bobbie Clearly makes its New York premiere with previews beginning March 8 ahead of an April 3 opening at the Black Box Theatre in the Harold and Miriam Steinberg Center for Theatre. The production will be the second in Roundabout Underground’s expanded two-play season, following Too Heavy for Your Pocket by Jiréh Breon Holder.
In Bobbie Clearly, the eccentric residents of Milton, Nebraska, are ready to share their sides of the story—the story of how Bobbie killed Casey in the middle of a cornfield.
