Lone Star Spirits

Josh Tobiessen’s comedy Lone Star Spirits, directed by Wes Grantom, is currently playing a limited run through June 19 at the 4th Street Theatre. Crowded Outlet is producing the premiere.

The cast includes Mikaela Feely-Lehmann, KeiLyn Durrel Jones, Martin LaPlatney, Amelia McClain and Aaron Roman Weiner.

Here’s how it’s billed: “A trip home gets wildly out of hand when Marley returns to introduce her fiancé to her estranged father. Hoping for a quick visit, she finds herself stranded in a liquor store haunted by her football hero ex-boyfriend, a single mom insistent on a girls’ night out, and the ghost of the bear-wrestling pioneer who founded their town. Lone Star Spirits is a comedy about those who leave, those who stay, and raising a glass to the ghosts of your past.”

The production has set design by D'Vaughn Agu, costume design by Amy Pedigo-Otto, lighting design by Driscoll Otto, sound design by Josh Millican and original music by Phil Pickens.

Tickets, priced $18, are available by clicking here. The 4th Street Theatre is located at 83 East 4th Street.
