Walls, Barbra Streisand's first recording in more than a decade to consist primarily of original music, will be released November 2.
The entertainment icon has just released a recording of her new patriotic song "Lady Liberty."
"The Statue of Liberty's official name is 'Liberty Enlightening the World,'" Streisand wrote on Facebook. “For 124 years now, in triumph and in tragedy, her beacon of light has never dimmed. She represents eternal hope… that’s what this song means to me."
The album also features new interpretations of "What the World Needs Now" and Streisand's signature classic, "Happy Days Are Here Again," alongside a duet of “Imagine”/“What a Wonderful World.”
She previously released "Imagine/What the World Needs Now" and “Don’t Lie To Me,” a new single she wrote.
