Bill Kenwright’s production of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice’s 1978 rock opera Evita has again returned to London’s West End, this time in a 12-week limited engagement at the Phoenix Theatre on Charing Cross Road.
Co-directed by Kenwright and Bob Tomson, the revival stars West End Wicked alum Emma Hatton as Eva Peron, with Italian performer Gian Marco Schiaretti as Che.
Previews began July 28. The limited engagement is currently scheduled to continue through October 14.
